That's how we start each and every day at Hillman Elementary School! We believe in ourselves! We believe in each other! We believe in our school! 

I have been the proud principal of Hillman for 15 years. I have been working as a teacher and administrator for over 31 years. I am a product of Rockford Public Schools graduating from Jefferson High School in 1986. My two college-aged kids also attended Rockford Public Schools and both graduated from Auburn High School. They are both now away from home attending universities in Montana and Wisconsin. 

I am honored each day to work alongside an amazing group of educators at Hillman. We focus on Positive Supports for students as well as fostering a Growth Mindset in our students and staff. The Hillman staff is truly a team who cares about kids. At Hillman we Build Relationships and Grow Learners Every Day! Come visit us! I believe it's a great place to be!
